With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Derrick L. Anderson has served in numerous roles including Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman, and Safety Manager. While serving as an Apprentice and Journeyman, he was instrumental in his craft in effectively and safely building scaffolds for projects including schools, bridges, commercial buildings, and refineries throughout Northern California, including Shell, Conoco-Phillips, and Valero. Through his strong leadership, communication, and relational skills as a Foreman, his career evolved with the responsibility of coordinating safety project management for multiple jobs at the Shell Refinery. He recently expanded his service to the field through providing OSHA courses for his clients. In partnership with a strong team of experts in the field, his extensive experiences in the field as well and OSHA certification brings great value to his clients in the construction industry and beyond.
